Job Title : Training Analyst

Location : UAE (Middle East)

Salary Range :

· Minimum Base Salary 6510 AED per month.

· General Allowance 1100 AED per month.

· Car Allowance 700 AED per month.

· Benefits including accommodation, utilities, education allowance for dependent children, health scheme, furniture allowance, annual leave, end of service benefit, discounted leisure facilities etc.

Minimum Requirements:

· Degree in Human Resources or similar.

· Professional qualification in Training & Development or Human Resources Development.

· 8-10 years' relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry, with 3 years spent in a supervisory role.

· Computer literate with knowledge of Windows packages.

· Good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and advisory skills.

· UAE driving license.

Scope of Duties:

· Supervising a section.

· Managing a Training and Development function.

· Implementing training needs analysis.

· Preparing annual training plans and budgets.

· Assessing and evaluating Training & Development initiatives.

· Providing internal consultancy to line managers and senior management.

· Monitoring quality standards for training and development.

· Benchmarking.

· Designing training courses and resources.

· Delivering training courses.

· Implementing company-wide training programmes.

· Designing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
