A growing IT Outsourcing and Recruitment Company is seeking a suitable candidate to join the exciting and hard-working team to expand the business further. The selected candidate will be given hands-on training and guidance by the seniors. The candidate will perform two main roles, namely Tele-marketing and Accounting. Job Requirements:
1) Minimum a Diploma or Degree in IT/Business Admin/Engineering fields; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2) Must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
3) Must be Resourceful, detailed and self-motivated to produce result, and looking for a long-term career advancement.
4) Must have good telephony skills especially in closing appointments through phone.
5) Must be IT literate with major MS Office Applications like MS Outlook, Words, Excel, Project; knowledge in apps support & networking support will be advantages.
6) Applicant with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous, especially those who is familiar with IT outsourcing services practice and recruitment.
7) Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
8) Must be a good team player, as well as, able to work independently.
9) Must be able to multi-task.
10) Must be patient and have good endurance.

Job duties :
1) Identifying potential prospect/client for business growth.
2) Prospecting through telephone (may also be required to visit clients).
3) Arranging appointment for the Outsourcing Professionals.
4) Able to communicate with senior personnel through phone
5) Preparing candidates profile and coordinating interview schedules.
6) Assist in staff welfare and personnel management, preparing of payrolls, making payments and tax invoices.
