Successful incumbent will be required to:

- Strategize and localized the human resource build up for our MNCs clients to meet their business needs

- Design and establish the full spectrum of HR functions and procedures to ensure smooth support of the company's operation

- Perform bench-marking and establish a competitive wage model and payment scheme for the company

- Handle tax and related issues

Prerequisites:
- Degree with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in handling HR functions
- Preferably with working experience in the country concerned
- Familiar with the local employment laws and tax issues etc.
- Willing to relocate for a minimum of 2 years duration
- Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Putonghua will be an added advantage
