Responsibilities:
1. Product quality, reliability, safety and approbation :
As a member of the project teams, co-ordinate the necessary activities needed to obtain the required product safety and approbation releases within the project planning.
Reporting of the test results to the project manager
Perform quality and reliability test according to the agreed procedures and documentation of performed test
Instruct and supervise the technician and or engineer on his / her day to day job
Maintenance of quality and reliability and safety equipment and systems
Maintain an updated database of standards with respects to safety, approbation and quality and reliability

2. Development:
Support development engineers on product design issues by advising materials and components regarding products safety and approbation in cost effective way. Able to advise the engineers on required safety and approbation test. Support, follow-up and execution of departmental goals

3. Sample evaluation:
Coordinate the day to day activities of the technicians working on product sample evaluations
Instruct and supervise the technician and or the engineer on his / her day to day job. Documentation of product sample evaluations. Maintenance of equipment and systems needed to perform required sample eveluations
Salary: negotiable
Requirement:
Degree or Diploma holder in Electronics Engineering. Fluent in English both verbal and writing.
Knowledge in Japanese Language is highly recommended. Minimum 3 years experience in a function within the same area of interest. Experienced in working in an international business environment

 A team minded person capable of working independently, taking hisor her own responsibility on the job and keeping a positive attitude under all circumstances. Strong communication skills
2. Project Manager

Responsibilities: Work according to co.’s Product Creation Process.
Manage & facilitate cross functional project teams (development, purchasing,
engineering, mfg.) to fulfil deliverables i) Product spec. including quality & reliability.
ii) Commercial Release per committed time with smooth production start-up. iii) Project & product cost within agreed budget. Prepare all deliverables required, report & communicate project status to mgt & customer. Interfacing to external suppliers on project issues to ensure suppliers involve pro-actively.
Requirement:
Deg. in M.E. or E.E. or equiv. Fluent in English both verbal & written. 5 yrs exp. in audio / electronics business.Min. 2 yrs exp. in project mgt. Exp. in product development stages. Exp. in managing cross funcitonal teams, good communication, good mgt & leadership skills. Strong in Risk Assessment, and, Problem & conflict solving. Mature, confident, highly motivated and, performance & result oriented. Oriented towards up-to-date mass production competitiveness. Willing to travel. Has personal interest in audio equipment is highly recommended
Salary: RM 5,000 to RM8,000. Salary will commensurate with candidates’ experience and qualification
