We have immediate requirements for (Contract and Permanent) for Desktop-LAN/End-User Support Engineers. Requirements :
1) At least 1 to 3 years relevant working experience on Desktop Hardware, MS Windows 2000, MS Win NT 4.0, Windows Workstation and/or Win 9x / 2000 Professional an Enterprise environment. Those with 1 year experience will be considered for Desktop Support Engineer positions. Those with 3 or more years of experience will be considered for Systems Engineer positions.
2) Able to install and configure LAN equipment (Network PCs, Printers, etc).
3) Experience installing and configuring Compaq, HP, IBM and/or Dell Desktops and Servers.
4) MCP or MCSE is beneficial.
5) Good communication and inter-personal skills.
6) Self-independent and able to work as a team.

Job Duties :
1) To provide end-user on-site and telephone support.
2) Install and configure new desktop and printer servers.
3) Install and configure Lotus Notes Clients, browsers and standard off the shelf software.
4) To pro-actively monitor, pre-empt, diagnose and rectify systems and network related problems.
5) Documentation and provide user-training.
