The requirements and job duties are:

A : Basic Requirements for SAP Business Analysts :
1) At least 3 – 5 years Techno-Functional experience (large scale projects) on at least two of the following modules : FI / CO or SD / MM (SAP R4.6b & 4.6c). Experience on other modules like PP, PS or HR will be beneficial.
2) Able to assume project manager or functional lead role in SAP implementation of regional offices.
2) Have a very logical and systematic working style.
3) Ability to understand ABAP/4, BDC and on-line programming, SAPscript and/or SAP Authorisation.
4) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment.
5) Ability to write user manual and conduct user training.
6) Ability to communicate with all levels of users.
7) Good command of English is essential.
8) Preferably Chinese speaking (dealings with regional countries including Greater China).
9) Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
10) Immediate availability.

A1 : FI/CO Position :
1) At least 2 full cycles of SAP implementations in the FI/CO modules.
2) Knowledge and ability to do FI/CO configuration is a MUST.
3) Have a very good grasp of financial accounting concepts.

A2 : SD/MM Positions :
1) At least 2 full cycles of SAP implementations in the SD/MM modules.
2) Knowledge and ability to do SD/MM configuration is a MUST.
3) Experience in implementing and supporting integrated business systems in the area of Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
4) Skilled in SAP business processes.

Job Responsibilities of SAP Business Analysts :
1) Work under direction of the Technical Manager - Business Systems on priorities as agreed.
2) Take on functional lead role in SAP implementation of regional offices. Travels will be required.
3) Analyse and document users’ requirements and technical specification towards application development.
4) Test and quality assure transaction and report delivered by applications developer until final release to live system.
5) To maintain technical specification / documentation and end-user manual as standardized by Technical Manager.
6) On the basis of applications development and enhancement to maintain and improve:
o SAP R/3 System capabilities
o Business processes and procedures
7) Work with the respective Business System Analysts as required to effect solutions and support.
8) Travels could be required.

B : Requirements for ABAP Analyst Programmers :
1) Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
2) Experience in structured programming methodology and possess good analytical skills.
3) 2 -3 years SAP programming experience in ABAP, SAPSCRIPT, Batch Data Communication, Module Pool programs and related application development tools.
4) Programming experience in MS-Access and knowledge of Visual Basic and MS-Excel will be an added advantage.
5) Potential candidate MUST enjoy programming and aspire to develop his/her profession in applications development.
6) Good communication and inter-personal skills are essential.
7) Experience in business processes and user support is desirable.
8) Preferably Chinese speaking (dealings with regional countries including Greater China).
9) Immediate availability.

Job Responsibilities of ABAP Analyst Programmers :
1) Work under direction of the Technical Manager - Business Systems on priorities as agreed.
2) To complete the cycle of program development, debugging and testing for next level verification by Business Systems Analyst.
3) To maintain program specification, program documentation and end-user manual as standardized by Technical Manager.
4) In regard to fault in report or transaction, to debug the error and to determine and apply resolution.
5) To apply and test OSS Notes by SAP.
6) On the basis of applications programming to maintain and improve:
o SAP R/3 System capabilities
o Business processes and procedures
7) Work with the respective Business System Analysts as required to effect solutions and support.
8) Where necessary, to participate in the SAP implementation of Client’s entity by providing programming expertise to the implementation team.
9) Travels could be required.
