Job Description: Candidate should be a BE/MCA with 10-15 yrs of work experience in a reputed software services organisation having extensive experience in the development of security/banking/insurance/telecom solutions using advanced technologies including web based, smart card, communications etc.. The candidate should be able to lead a team of professionals to design, procure and deliver systems in the above mentioned vertical domains based on project needs. Will also lead a team of 75 software professionals and introduce methodologies, standards, quality.
