JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·To assist team leader to coordinate/monitor performance productivity so that Department’s performance standards and Turn Around Time(TAT) are met.
·Responsible for Medical underwriting for Life & health insurance.
·Ensure all Non-medical underwriting and New Business “One & Done” processes are within service standards. Assist other team members in understanding to meet TAT set.
·One and Done approach in clean cases and non-medical Deferment management.
·To maintain department’s TAT, which includes the reviewing of deferment, processing proposals and policies etc.
·Provide continuous training to juniors on formal and informal basis.
·Undertake project and/or job functions directed by team manager or Head of Department as and when required.

QUALIFICATION
·Open to Malaysian citizen only
·Degree holder in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
.Those with minimum STPM with 3 years’ working experience in Insurance Industry can be considered
·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs is a must
·Excellent communication skills and a team player
·Ability to work independently with high degree of discipline and motivation
