The main job functions are:

1. To formulate an Action Plan / Strategy plans to maximise recovery prospects
2. Analysed and recommend to management borrower's settlement proposal.
3. Submit to Management on strategies ,workout plans for NPL accounts if required.
4. Follow-up with Solicitors, Receivers on the progress.
5. Monitor on an on going basis the progress of the recovery strategy and borrower's repayment proposal.
6. To ensure appropriate action is taken immediately in event of deviation of the above plans

Qualification: Degree in Finance/Economic

Working Experience :
1. More than 3 years handling delinquent accounts withknowledge of of Legal and Insolvency
2. Ability to read and analysed financial
statement.
3. Experience in restructuring and banking
products.
