A research and development services company, seeks a Sr. R&D Project Manager to coordinate and manage one or more of their programs in Japan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Management of one or more complex, multifaceted pharmaceutical or biotechnology programs in Japan. 2. Leading multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project development in accordance to MHLW and/or FDA regulations and company procedures. 3. Some proposal writing, training of clinical project teams, and mentoring of junior staff.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 4 years experience in clinical research in clinical monitoring / management OR program management OR clinical auditing OR QA/regulatory affairs 2. Minimum 2 years clinical project management, including 1 year managing a team 3. BA/BS in Health Sciences preferred OR licensed health care training (i.e. RN, MT, PA, Rph) OR equivalent experience 4. MUST speak and read Japanese fluently
