Degree/Diploma in IT or related discipline
Good troubleshooting skills on Win NT/2000, Lotus Notes Mail, MS Office Desktop Tools and Antivirus applications
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to converse in Japanese/Thai/Tagalog language
Malaysians who have been educated in Japan, Thailand or Philippines will have an added advantage.
