Job Description:
Manages at Meridian TAS team and provide technical support to distributors and endusers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the TAS team and provide technical support to distributors
- Organize work schedule of TAS group.
- Ensure good support to M-1 customer base, protecting CSAT and Nortel reputation.
- Ensure good technical understanding in distributor base of Nortel product and services.
- Coordinate NPI for M-1 core products.
- Maintain problem tracking for CSR and achieve closure within specified timeframes.
- Provide technical consultancy to other dept. as required.
- Improve Csat/Loyalty issues
- Provide occasional technical support to M-1 training
- Develop staff both professionally and personally to enhance their current and future careers.
- Provide training and equip TAS equipment/resources to support new products.
- Train engineers to CTS skill level to support AP technical escalations
- Be creative to shorten resolution time and reduce CSRs in the department.
