Seeking enthusiastic software support professionals to join its dynamic team. They currently have needs for several individuals. You will be responsible for providing courteous and professional telephone support for internal employees.

Candidates must have superior troubleshooting skills and prior experience (6 months to 2 years)supporting Microsoft applications (MS Office 97/00, Win 98/2000). In addition to software support, individuals must also have strong hardware troubleshooting skills and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated help desk professional to further a career in Information Technology.


Required Skills:


Must have current / recent professional experience as a help desk analyst, supporting the latest versions of Microsoft software, including Windows 98 / 2000 / NT, and MS Office 97 / 2000. Must have excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:


6 months to 2 years professional help desk support experience, Bachelor's Degree

Non-Tech Skills:


Excellent customer service skills, positive team player, excellent troubleshooting skills
Bilingual English and Japanese Preferred
