Job Title: Internet / Intranet / Extranet Administrator – SAP Applications
Location: Saudi Arabia
Contract: 12 months
Citizenship: US, Canadian, European citizens, US Permanent Residents and Consultants who have worked in the US, Canada or Europe for the past 3 years.
Status: Single or Family status
Start Date: 30-120 days from initial application process.
Salary: $30-$35 hour + Allowances and end of contract bonus
Company provides housing allowance, assistance with shipping of personal effects, company car. Travel to and from Saudi at the beginning and end of assignment, medical cover and insurance and take care of all visa related expense.Un-paid vacation and 10 un-paid public holidays.
Status: Single status preferred. Family status is possible because the sponsoring company will assist Consultant in obtaining visas for wife and family members upon request. However, the company will not provide any financial assistance for family members' airfare, school tuition, or other expenses.
Passport: A current passport is highly desired but not required.
Job Description:
Administration of a large Internet/Intranet/Extranet services to support SAP application deployed in the Extranet environment using a wide range of technology in firewalls, Internet proxy servers, LDAP directory, Email services, Public key Infrastructure, Web hosting network applications, etc. These services run on middle to high end servers running Solaris operating systems ( SUN Enterprise servers).
Skills Required and Essential Requirements:
BS or BA in Computer Science or Information Technology or very related field. 5+ years of experience in the administration of the following: Internet Services like Web server administration, Internet mail, Web proxy server, Firewalls, New services LADP directory, PKJ, Portal & e-commerce infrastructure. Also, must have hands on experience with Perl and shell scripting and a background about securing services such as SSI & TLS.
Desired Skills but not Essential Requirements:
Background in UNIX system security. Familiar with Sun HA clustering, Ventas Files Systems and Volume Manager, UNIX operating system and Network Administration.
