As a member of the technical support staff, your duties will include troubleshooting PC's and LANs. You will also provide support for Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and MS Office 97.

Qualifications:

Excellent English communications skills. Good telephone manners. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Experience in a user support or help desk role would be an asset. You will also have extensive experience with Windows NT 4.0, Word, Excel, Access in a networked environment. Ability to troubleshoot and set up computer hardware and network connections. Knowledge of basic Japanese will be an asset.
