-Understands client business issues and have strategic outlook on CGEY account/s
-Control large scale SAP CRM Application implementations
-Actively assist in business development for the CRM Service Line.
-Builds relationship with key vendors / alliances and clients
-Participation in the development of the SAP CRM consultants within your Area practice
-Actively participate in all CRM core team initiatives (recruiting, resource management, sales, marketing, training)
PROFILE
Experience
·1 to 3 years of relevant technical experience in SAP projects
·Experience working as a management consultant at a major consulting firm and/or leading systems consulting firm is desirable
·If not an experienced consultant, exposure to leaders of major Japanese SAP institutions may be applicable in developing clients
·Demonstrated executive presence, customer relationship and ability to resolve client technical issues
·Proven ability to problem solving adopting the innovative approach and to manage by objectives
Knowledge and Skills
·Proficient working level knowledge of SAP Modules including SD and MM
·Progressing level of knowledge of SAP Tools and Methods including Basis, ABAP and ASAP
·Proficient level knowledge with SAP Technical Skills
·Degree from a leading university and graduate degree such as MBA from a foreign institution a plus
