As the Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for leading a seven member team in support of the sever and tools products in Japan. You will also need to be in alignment with the US support team by coordinating and managing the server support information for the Web and well as continued management for key accounts.

Desired Skills:

· Experience working as a support staff or SE at a software or computer related company.
· Basic knowledge of web server and web applications
· JAVA development knowledge i.e.; JSP, Servlet, EJB
· Basic knowledge of Windows and UNIX
· Excellent English language skills
· Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively
· 2+ years ColdFusion development a plus
