Tax Manager
Our client, an international and diversified technology, service and manufacturing company is seeking bi-lingual Japanese or non-Japanese with exposure to international tax accounting.
Positions are for Tokyo location.
Successful candidate will be responsible for Tax accounting and internal/external reporting for both Japanese and US agencies. Candidate will be charged with the task of improving tax efficiency. Candidate will design and market new tax advantaged products and determine the most tax efficient legal structure. Candidate will also provide tax related due diligence for new portfolio acquisition.
Candidates will have 7 to 10 years of experience in public accounting within a corporate environment with perhaps a public accounting firm background. A Japanese CPA or Licensed Tax Accountant is preferred.
Financial reward for these positions will range to 15 million yen and more with bonus depending on experience.
