Wanted: Sales and support staff to work in a small, but high quality corporate training company. Our company specializes in teaching business English on-site to large corporations in the Tokyo area. Currently, our company consists of three full time staff and 30 part time trainers. You will be expected to work both in our office and from your home. Work time is very flexible. Pay is 200,000 yen per month plus commission. Responsibilities include prospecting for clients, making sales presentations, scheduling, making curriculum plans, coordinating training, supporting training managers and students, keeping financial records, and other administrative duties.
Qualified applicants should:
• Have some previous outside sales experience.
• Have intermediate or better English language skills; TOEIC 600+
• Enjoy working in a bilingual environment
• Be a self starter and have an entrepreneurial attitude
• Be well organized
• Live and be able to work in the Tokyo area
