Responsibilities:
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support within Japan
· Provide technical training/information to our regional customers & business partners
· Ensure highest standard of technical support & information on our products/solutions to our regional customers
· Liaise with our HQ & other regional technical support team in resources & information sharing
· Build up our technical support capability within Japan.
Requirements:
· Min 5 yrs’ experience in technical pre-sales & post-sales support functions for Networking products in a large MNC environment. Some MIS support experience is a plus.
· Min Degree in Computer Engineering with CCNA or MCSE qualifications. Some knowledge in Electronics Engineering is advantageous.
· Experience in network data-center operations is essential.
· Good technical trouble-shooting & problem-solving skills.
· Good customer-service, communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
· Fluent in English & Japanese.
