Job Description:
Docent is seeking a senior person to lead the establishment and development of Docent's business in Japan. Candidates would have senior business development and sales experience in the software or technology industries and a track record of success selling into large national and multi-national accounts. Docent is seeking a person who is capable of running his/her own business and thinking as an entrepreneur. Docent has established global sales channels through organizations such as Accenture and Hewlett Packard. Candidates should be experienced in managing and driving sales through resellers and solution integrators. The Sales Director is responsible for establishing new partner relationships and developing a pipeline of corporate license opportunities through new and existing partners.
