CTI Product Specialist
AM Consulting L.L.C. (AMC), a U.S. based SAP Development Partner, is seeking qualified candidates to fill Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Product Specialist position(s). SAP AG, the world’s largest enterprise software company, has purchased AMC’s Call Center technology as an enhancement to their R/3 technology. AMC is supporting SAP’s call center implementation and ongoing development worldwide and needs to add staff in the Tokyo area.
The CTI Product Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of CTI/call-center solutions, and act as a liaison to SAP Japan and SAP AG. Furthermore, this position will develop strategic relationships with customer accounts and vendor partners. Bilingual in Japanese/English is required.
