Support the analysis of real estate and private equity
investments.
Candidates will be expected to perform financial and
market analysis, evaluate risk and returns, and
participate in strategic management decisions. We are
seeking energetic, mature individuals with strong
quantitative and analytical skills, and will offer

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Modeling of cash flow projections and scenarios and
financial evalutation proposals and alternatives
* Performance of sensitivity analysis and analysis
of risk
* Research and assessment of local and national
economic and property market trends
* Physical site and market inspections
* Development of investment proposals
QUALIFICATIONS
* Undergraduate degree and high academic performance
record
* Quantitative and familiar with complex financial
models
* Excellent computer skills
* Flexible about travel and other demands of an
expanding firm
* Written and spoken Japanese fluency
* Competent English skills
