Job Summary:
Installation, training and customer support for DMS products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparation for and installation of DMS systems both nationally and
internationally.
2. Training customers in use of DMS systems at customer sites.
3. Installation of software upgrades, training customers on new features.
4. Diagnosing customer problems, providing additional training as required
and/or working with development engineers to improve software and correct
bugs that may be detected during the process.
5. Write technical documentation as required
6. Approximately 40% minimum travel.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication essential both English and
Japanese
Job Qualifications:
Education: BSEE/BSCS
Experience: 2+ yrs MS-DOS, HP-UX, and C programming, Client/Server
installation & set-up experience, 1+ yr. Unix System Administration, 1+ yr.
Win 95/98/NT configuration and support. RDBMS experience a plus
Languages: Must be fluent in English and Japanese
