Post: Full time English teachers (specializing in either children’s or adult’s English) with excellent promotion prospects for the right candidates.
Hours: 40 hours per week.

The schools.
Ez Communications has schools in both the Tokai (Mie) and Koshinetsu (Nagano) areas. The company prides itself on offering all students excellent teaching in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere; and that by doing so, we are growing towards becoming a centre of teaching excellence in Japan.
We have gained a VERY strong reputation for high quality teaching and we are now in a position to expand the team and are looking for committed and motivated educators to join our team.
The opportunities available.
The school can offer the right candidate an attractive remuneration and benefits package as well as a motivating yet relaxed atmosphere. We offer an initial salary of 250,000 Yen per month, rising up to 300,000 Yen per month after an initial 3 month probationary training period based on performance, with a minimum of 4 weeks paid holidays per year. We can provide Visa Sponsorship and help with accommodation where necessary.

In return the school is looking for people with a keen interest in and either qualifications in or experience of teaching either children from ages 5-12 or adults. We are looking for people who, if they show the right attitude and ability, may be given the opportunity to become a core member of the Ez teachers’ team with a view to helping EZ Communications create and offer teacher training courses in the future.
