BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT SKYGO JAPAN:
SkyGo is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead in the development of innovative Internet technologies for our Asian markets. We are looking for someone who has proven experience completing the entire sales cycle, including targeting potential new business, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing business strategies and applications for advertising via the mobile phone medium. This position will be based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
Maintain active top target account list.
Pitch and close new business over the phone and in person.
Develop client relationships.
Educate and execute initiatives and new products with clients.
Manage all aspects of relationships between clients and SkyGo.
Obtain customer feedback for ongoing product improvement and advancements.
Contribute towards sales, pricing, and packaging for this emerging market.
Qualifications:
Previous business development experience.
Previous experience with publishers and carriers.
Knowledge of alliances.
Proven track record of rapport with valued customers.
Knowledge of the wireless industry.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Experience with Internet ad serving or online sales experience.
Strong technical skills.
Previous project management experience.
Experience and Education:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Business
2+ years Media or Internet experience
Fluent in English and Japanese
Position will be based in Japan
