We have an opportunity for the right person to determine the need for designing
new components or modifying existing parts considering costs, time limitations,
company planning, and other technical and economic factors. It’s at a company

The position title is Design Engineer. They want someone to analyze the product
specifications and performance requirements provided to determine designs. Also
you will provide technical information concerning manufacturing or processing
techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations which
affect long range plans and product engineering planning. You will need to
prepare and direct preparation of product layout, detailed drawings, and
electrical schematics. Direct and coordinate the prototyping of the product or
component being designed. Plan and develop experimental test programs. Analyze
test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance
specifications. The ideal candidate would have a BS in Mechanical Engineering,
excellent project management skills, and 2 to 7 years professional design
experience. The candidate must speak Japanese fluently.
