My company, Pacific Bridge, Inc. (www.pacificbridge.com) is a recruiting company focused on Asia/Japan. Our client, a large, multinational human resources consulting firm, is looking for human resources associates and managers to join their company in New York or Tokyo.

Job description:
· Located in New York or Tokyo
· We are looking to fill a number of early to mid-career Human Resources consulting positions in one of the following areas: pensions, compensation. change management, organizational development, performance appraisal, etc.
Client:
· A large, multinational human resources consulting firm
· Over $500 million in sales
· Main clients are Fortune 500 companies
Qualifications:
· Fluency in Japanese
· Minimum BA/BS, MA in HR, HRD, HRM, OD, etc. is a plus
· Between 1-10 years of experience in Human Resources including some experience in one or several of the following areas: retirement, pensions, compensation, performance appraisal, change management, organizational diagnosis, communications strategies, human resources development, human resources management, health, welfare, etc.
Compensation:
· $50K-$150K base salary
· 10%-20% bonus incentive plan
