Asian Sous chef (EEC passport a+)
25-45 years old to manage the kitchen of a 120 seater Asian brasserie.
Must have a good cooking knowledge of Chinese, thai and Vietnamese cuisine.
Other Asian cuisine background a plus.
Excellent human resources and training skills.
Quality focused with a zest of creativity to modernize traditional recipes.
Will be relaunching a restaurant.
English speaking, French a plusExpatriate Package:

· Salary net of taxes.
