A Japanese Head Chef is required for a 5 Star Hotel in Dubai. The Restaurant within the 300 Room Hotel is upmarket with a Sushi Bar, Teppanyaki, Tatami Rooms & extensive catering.
The ideal candidate should : -
Have an extensive knowledge of Japanese Cuisine – Sushi & Teppanyaki
Held a similar position least 3-5 Years
Must be able to communicate in English.
Be determined to train local chefs in the art of Japanese Cuisine
Be able to lead & work with Expatriate staff from other Asian Countries such as Indonesian, Thai & Philippinos.
Remuneration Package offered :-
The Salary will be between $2500-$3000USD net per month. This will be dependant on the qualifications and experience of the applicant.
Housing Allowance – Paid
Commodity Allowance – Paid
Medical Insurance – Partly Dental
Return Airfares from point of hire upon completion of the two years contract
Yearly Return Flight for Annual Leave.
Bonus as per the Hotels guidelines.
