Job Description
- to handle customer inquiry and provide the on site service to customer,
- responsible for repairing, on-site installation, customer training.
Requirement:
- experience with extensive knowledge and OPTICAL DISC MANUFACTURING PROCESS IS REQUIRED especially with quality control and anaylze, moulding machine optimization experience, and modification of products within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- degree holder/equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably within the electronic/mechanical field
- fluent English and Japanese
- hard working and result oriented
- work independence
- well communication skill
