Process control equipment for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Location:
Tokyo or Osaka, Japan
Responsibilities:
· Follow established company policies and procedures.
· Perform on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems.
· Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment.
· Communicate with other departments in the company and customers to ensure satisfactory customer support
· Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
· Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
· May develop schedules and work to meet critical service projects.
· Ensure maintenance contracts are fulfilled.
· Complete required documentation and record keeping.
Basic Experience/Requirements:
4 years related experience, in the semiconductor industry working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment or in the PC industry as a PC technician.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Japanese and English language ability
Strong time management and analytical skills
Good computer skills. Windows NT and C++ experience a plus (but not required)
