Product:
Process control equipment for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Location:
Tokyo or Osaka, Japan
Responsibilities:
Product demonstrations and customer process development including management of all phases of the demo process from scheduling, to installation, to on-site recipe development, and final technical documentation
Customer technical support including fielding customer and sales channel inquiries, problem diagnosis and resolution, and program/project coordination with sales, marketing, and other internal groups as needed.
New product development including creation of new product specifications, support of development teams, and management of all field tests.
Training of customers and sales channel including the development of training programs, delivery of technical seminars, and presentation of papers at industry technical conferences.
Basic Experience/Requirements:
MS Degree in engineering, chemistry, or physics
2+ years experience in the semiconductor industry working with fab processes preferably plasma etch, CMP, wet etch, or film metrology
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong time management and analytical skills
Good computer skills. Windows NT and C++ experience a plus (but not required)
