We have an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Major Account Relationship Manager. Position is key to the success of our growth and highly visible. . Individuals will provide Human Resource solutions to Major Accounts and maintain close relationship to promote the exchange of information.
This position will require the ability to reach and maintain strong relationships with technical managers and human resource professionals. Will be responsible for implementing major account strategies in coordination with ICPA’s recruiting managers who hold primary responsibility for closing major account sales.
Will lead marketing activities at major accounts to stimulate, encourage, establish and develop major account relationships. In addition, will identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account and develop, present and demonstrate ICPA’s capabilities to the client.
Will promote ICPA’s full range of human resource services including contingency and retained recruiting, contract staffing, and HR consulting.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Staffing industry experience is highly desired.
*Excellent relationship building skills across all levels of the organization are a must.
*Unflinching commitment to customer satisfaction and personal drive for excellence.
* BA/BS(MBA desired) or equivalent experience
* 3 years complex sales or marketing experience
* 1-2 years of high-tech related experience
* Strong written and oral communications skills
* Proven customer interface skills
* Project management skills
* Strategic account planning skills
* PC competency
* Strong Presentation skills
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
