The primary responsibility of the candidate is to act as the first point of contact for all existing and prospect clients in Asia. For existing clients, the person is responsible for (a) providing on-going support to clients in answering inquiries and resolving clients needs on a timely basis, particularly for clients with limited English communications ability, (b) visiting clients periodically or when necessary to identify client needs and to ensure client satisfaction, (c) working closely with the product and transaction team in New York in delivering services to clients and in providing feedback. The person will have to interact with various departments in the organization, law firms, transaction team in New York, and other service providers. The person will also be for collecting market information and intelligence, and to work closely with the country manager to source new deals and to pitch for new mandates.
