The position is working for an Optical Communications Networking Company. The company develops, markets and sells all optical networking equipment for regional networks.
We require a Tokyo based FSE to become a member of the Cuustomer Service Operation which will include some overseas work.
A customer service professional with specialities in Optical Technologies including SONET and DWDM.
2-4 years experience in field service engineering for related products in the high-technology disciplines.
Must have an established track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in both implementation and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills.
Education: BS CS?EE or equivalent.
