Primarily providing market data support to sales and trading staff, but also will be used in other areas. Need to work closely with development staff. Goal is to acquire expertise in the existing systems, acquire understandings of the business, involved in Middleware (MQ) projects as a member. Responsible for backend support, providing new software releases, performing hardware support/maintenance, working with developers to help them understand middleware concepts etc.
Ideal Candidate: will have TIBCO, Perl, MQ, some Unix admin would be great. Must have strong communication skills, industry knowledge/experience and back-end system (I.e. TIBCO) experience. Project management experience is essential.
