Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Assist Field Sales Organization in determining scope and complexity of various customer opportunities. Perform pre-installation site surveys and manage detailed engineering associated with site preparation. Perform duties, as well as supervise contractors delivering those services. Provide on-site support for lab and field evaluations of products. Provide all on-site services associated with installation, verification, turn-up and acceptance testing. Fully document all installations and return site documentation to Product Support. Verify on post-installation that all available site-specific information has been entered into the Product Support Remedy system. Provide on-call and on-site technical support for all assigned customers and geographies. This job will require extensive travel, as well as participation in after-hours and standby rotations in support of service-entitled customers.
