Salary: Approx. $100k US
Position Brief:
In this newly created role you will apply the latest technologies to solve the client’s business problems. This is a high energy, hands-on position in which you will assume the technical lead of the development team. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the projects, including design and implementation. You will assist in establishing and maintain development specifications and standards as well as provide technical assistance and mentorship to the growing team. You will interface directly with the client in analyzing their needs and resolving all technical issues.
Specific Duties:
-Identify, recruit and build appropriately skilled development team.
-Perform internal and external client management duties.
-Manage and mentor development team members.
-Project management of external vendors.
-Provide technical consulting to clients and internal stakeholders

Technical Knowledge:
-Knowledge and experience of working with a majority of the following platforms: Windows NT, UNIX (Solaris, Linux, HPUX, AIX), Oracle, Sybase, Informix, IIS, Netscape, Apache, BroadVision and Ariba.
-Knowledge and experience of working with a majority of the following languages: Java (inc JSP, EJB), Visual Basic, ASP, C++, VB, SQL, HTML, Perl and Tcl.
-Knowledge and experience of working with a majority of the following technologies: COM, CORVA, CGI, WAP, EDI and Payment Gateways.
