Responsibilities:
~ Will be responsible for developing and closing new advertise business with realtors and/or brokers selling them listings and advertising packages on our websites.
~ Daily activities will include cold calling potential clients, consultative business development through selling via the phone/Internet, one-on-one appointments, and sending out proposals.
Requirements / Qualifications:
~ 1 years in inside sales, advertising sales, online sales, and/or Real Estate sales.
~ Strong cold calling and closing skills.
~ Self-disciplined and highly motivated.
~ Ability to work your own schedule with little supervision.
Compensation:
~ Strong commission package based on new account signups plus continued monthly commissions on your own accounts.
~ Yearly bonus incentives of up to $20,000 based on your performance.
