I'm searching for the above IT resources for my client.
I am looking for someone to be based in Japan for SAP SD support. Preferably Japanese who is speaks English.
Here are the high level requirements :-
- Investigate inbound support related queries from Power Users within the business
- Where necessary develop resolutions to "bug" type issues, including config, unit testing and liasion with the Power Users
- Provide expert SAP input
- Maintain system documentation in line with Infineum policy
- Liases with ABAP programmers (located in USA) where issue is ABAP related
- Diagnose data related errors in inbound support calls
- Resolve non technical issues escalated from Power users
Candidates for these roles must have :
- Good exposure to SAP R/3 4.6C (2 years plus)
- In excess of 3 years of SAP experience
- Excellent configuration skills for SAP SD module
- Support experience and / or willingness to work in support/evolution environment
- A work permit (if required) to work in the related country
- Be reasonably flexible with regard to hours
- Bilingual i.e Japanese and English
- period of contract is around 6 months starting on 1st May 2003.
- person will be based at Infineum Tokyo office
The following are nice to haves :
- Exposure to IS-OIL
- Experience in the Oil and Gas or PetroChemicals industry
- Experience of the Remedy support tool
- Experience of the RevTrac transport management tool
