Responsible for the overall sales in Asia of cable capacity services and assets including backhaul, principally to the Telecoms Carrier and large-scale ISP/ICP segments. Recruit and lead an international team responsible for generating the majority of the Revenue in Asia.
Will have considerable direct sales experience and at least five years’ carrier-related capacity sales / sales management experience across cultures/borders. Strong knowledge of target Carrier segments, key players and an extensive contact base. Experience in developing new business opportunities in areas including packet and IP based networking, broadband infrastructure and electronic commerce.
English language and preferably 1-2 Asian languages. Numerate, very strong communicator, strong leader. Engineering or Commercial formal education; MBA or similar well regarded.
