SAP PMO Project Manager
Skills: -10+ years of IT experience- min 5 years experience project management on complex technical project implementations- min 3 full SAP IMPLEMENTATION experience in SAP experience is a must- Should be capable of handling large projects in big corporate environments- expert user of project management tools, i.e. proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel are required -certified in ASAP, PMI- PMO Responsibilities (Handling Multiple projects and P/L responsibilities).- Ability to initiate project activities-Excellent communication and facilitation skills-Proven ability to deliver high quality product on time and on budget.-Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.-The ability to standardize processes across project teams consisting of members of various business units, departments, and/or organizations.-Superior understanding of project management methodology and project management office operations. -Must be fluent in Japanese/English Responsibilities:- PMO will be the single point of contact overseeing all projects from the initiation to the post implementation, and providing timely and accurate enterprise wide tracking and reporting- Oversee and direct the project office to:
1)develop and implement a standard project methodology including project management methodologies and system lifecycle methodologies,2)implement best practices and lessons learned, 3)develop and deploy standard PM tools including standard work breakdown structures, 4)control, track, and report project5)train and promote PM skills, and 6)prioritize and drive value-based projects
