We have an immediate need for a Graphic Design Lead who is fluent in Japanese (Kanji) and familiar with Japanese web design. The Lead will be in charge of a group of graphic designers who will be working on the front end of our web-based defined contribution administration system. MUST have minimum 2 years experience designing web sites with such technology as Java, Oracle, JavaScript and Cold Fusion.
