Production Manager Indonesia
Job Description:
In your capacity as Production Manager you are responsible for the production site of the group in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
Within your area of responsibilities as Production Manager you will- in accordance with the International Management of the group- be responsible for ascertaining the manufacturing of bakery goods according to the high quality standards .
Of course you will also be responsible for :
- developing plant policies in congruence with the goals of the company and execution at
every level of the manufacturing operation.
- Plant capacity planning according to the demand in the region
- Acting as company representative
Personality:
The ideal candidate should be a entrepreneurial person with a strong sales drive and in-depth knowledge of business planning and analysis with an emphasis on production.
Being baker by profession would be an advantage.
Experience and successful sales records within bakery or food related industry sector is highly appreciated.
Excellent management qualities especially concerning staffing and purchase.
