Hiring Company: A fast-growing 5 year-old US-based chip and systems firm. Designs and manufactures semiconductor products and related software components. Application is the expanding broadband consumer and enterprise markets, particularly data, voice, and web network connectivity.
Description: Candidates must have a solid track record of individual achievement and teamwork sales in this industry. Excellent written and spoken Japanese and English are required. Most sales will be via established local distributors, however the successful candidate must be skilled in technical sales ( semiconductors for networking, telephony, and processing) as well as possess superior managerial talent.
Candidate must be a "hands on," non-bureaucratic type of sales manager with a fast-paced and strategic style. Through his or her personal example of achievement in overcoming obstacles, he has the ability to influence others, and has the desire to work as part of a team.
