•Assist in all phases of customer program in the Automotive powertrain market.
•Research and acquire new technologies, Benchmarking competitor’s product.
•Communicate between customer engineering and the company’s engineering for specific vehicle programs.
•Interface and coordinate with customer engineering, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing personnel.
•Develop customer design proposals.
•Coordinate customer programs with design, test, manufacturing, and suppliers.
•Develop Japan based suppliers.
•Develop and support cost savings and idea proposals.
•Work with Japan business development and sales group on new proposals.
•Assist in center’s equipment selection and implementation.
