Dear Editor,
we are the only Award-winning Hotel in Italy to offer a esclusively vegetarian gourmet cuisine.
We had already some young japonis Chefs who came to work and learn our unique cooking.
We are now looking for another one,who may like to work here and learn the skill of this tradition.
We do offer them board and lodging,plus a "pocket money" .
