Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance ( failure mode and defect analysis).
· Scheduling of machine periodic maintenance such as spare parts changing and preventive maintenance.
· Preparation of maintenance documents such as machine inspection check sheets, inspection records, machine breakdown analysis reports, maintenance calendars and the likes.
· Performs trouble shooting , repair and modification of machine controls thru the use of programmable logic controller (PLC).
· Procurement of spare parts for machines and facilities equipments.
