Duties will involve managing all Human Resources generalist responsibilities, in addition to being responsible for staffing multiple technical and corporate positions. This person will be responsible for full-life-cycle recruiting (including sourcing for candidates, interviewing, etc.)
Responsibilities
* Manage H.R. Department (HR administration and HR generalist)
* Support management on employee relations’ issues and organizational development
* Support management with succession planning and career management
* Responsible for the HR administration system
* Participate in bench management
* Manage performance management system
* Compensation and benefits administration
* Japan policies and procedures
* Exit interviews
* Reporting, signaling trends
* Assist in projects like employee survey, new policy development
* Visit employees on a regular basis to stay in contact with the field organization
* Manage internal employee transfer program

Required skills:
* Bilingual: Japanese and English
* Recruiting experience in Asia is preferred.
* 3+ years of technical/corporate recruiting experience within the software consulting environment (non-agency is preferred), recruiting for software developers, technical architects, project managers, engagement directors etc., on a national and international level.
* The ideal candidate will be self-managing as this position is in a country office but reports directly to a corporate manager in Clearwater, FL.
* Knowledge and experience with Japanese employment laws is a plus.
* Minimum 6 years experience in H.R.
* Masters degree in H.R. related field preferred
* Experience with professional/technical service industry
